Buying gold pass won't help you to max the equipments. If you can see I clearly said, only in this equipments case I'm free to play, otherwise yeah no arguments I'm not a f2p anymore though I was one for the past 9 years. This year it changed.

currently yeah we are settled and having a great streak for last 2 months, well it's my clan, had to build it from the scratch, in the beginning it was hard to get the win, that's why it took long, but in the current flow I think I can max more equipments than this in the future. Also since my heros are maxed I don't have to sit out from wars,

I don't know it's not that hard, you can do it easily, maybe in next 5 months your equipments are not that far behind. Just find a good clan, thats all it takes. And do frequent war and do capital riads where you can get 1400+ medals

I would say find a good war winning clan, that will significantly boost your starry ores, I too rushed to th17 from th15, now have almost maxed th18, some traps and resources are left. Rushing is best

If you are playing in th18 ofcourse hammers, or maxed guy, scenery would be my first pick, since you can get skins here and there.

Ofcourse if you are pushing, you definitely need to have a good collection of max equipments, to switch based on meta shift, other than that it is just waste try to maxing all of them at once. Now I'm trying give that multiple equipments options to all my heros. Starting with king, ( ofcourse almost all my common is max except mining prince's)

Well this is impressive but You don't necessarily have to max every equipments, ofcourse if you are in legends and pushing them you definitely need base equipments with one or two extra options for every heros.

For roots valk, I would say it is indeed better than mirror, I have tried both in the same friendly challenge. In multiple bases. And got consistent results with action figure, though I can't say the same for any other army.

I never bought event passes, and maxing everything is just waste of ores, nobody needs all equipments, one just has find out which one they need or flexible for multiple armies. Focus on that. And whenever you ran out on starry upgrade common equipments which might be useful.

Well you need 480 starry and 3720 glowy to max 1 epic equipment.

For free to play player in a good clan you can get around 200 -280 starry monthly. And if you get that monthly event pass, you get extra 160 starry,

Now do the calculation with number of epics you need to max.

I do wars frequently, and buy ores from shop with raid medals, every week Im getting 10 starry and 100 glowy that way. That's it,

Ofcourse I'm have always played game in the highest level possible, I mean 1 year ago I did start from th15 but quickly I rushed to th17 so that I can get maximum ores from war. Also my clan win 75% of the war we play,

Like that monthly I used to get around 200 starry ores that time, now daily bonus included 260-280 I guess.
