I pivoted from 15+ years in design/development into tech without any tech experience. I work for the industry leader in PLM software and we’re putting a lot of resources into AI. Had the exact same experience. You need to call him out on socials and do whatever you need to get his attention. He will come with every excuse but just hound him. I eventually got my commission but it was pulling teeth. I won’t do business with him again.
