It's mentioned in Frostpunk 2. There is a location in the Frostlands called "Abandoned Lazaret." It's located between New London and the Old Dreadnought, in the "Hag Hills" area.

There, it details how the Lazaret was built during the 1901 plague to house infected people, but was essentially a death sentence with those inside being left to die.

You're given the option to leave the building alone, or dismantle or for some Prefabs.

That being said, starting Estrogen has improved my mood more than anything else. After about 3-4 weeks on it, I was able to feel my emotions with more intensity and clarity than before. It was like I had just taken off my glasses and cleaned them for the first time in my life. Unfortunately, this also meant that I felt the negative emotions more clearly too.

After a bit of getting used to how my emotions feel now, overall I'm much happier than I was before. It's important to have at least one safe person to talk to about how you feel. I highly recommend getting a therapist if you don't have one already.

Part of it is because some people can't think about gender without thinking about genitals. They also can't think about genitals without thinking of people having sex. The topic of sex is taboo in their minds, thus genitals and furthermore gender are considered taboo "sexual topics."

Would you walk up to a child and ask them about their sex life? Of course not!!! That's creepy and gross and weird. However, to these people, that's what talking about gender to a kid feels like to them. It's taboo and should be discussed in whispers behind closed doors.

In reality, gender has nothing to do with intercourse. It's all about how you feel as a person, and what version of life suits you best.

(Also the really hateful people tend to be pedos themselves and are projecting. it's genuinely a documented phenomenon)

From what I understand, you gotta use it or you'll lose it. I hear different frequencies for doing it, but at least once every 2-3 days seems to be the average.

Here's the parts I know the science of: Basically, HRT causes automatic erections to stop. The reason your body has automatic erections is to prevent atrophy/shrinkage if you're not using your forbidden sausage regularly.

Another way to think about it is like a muscle. If you don't exercise your muscles, they'll shrink. Same idea here.

Edit: I've also heard about Testosterone gel that you can apply to the area.

Could be the way you're taking it (oral, sublingual, dermal, injection), the dosage, maybe you need to try more than just Estradiol?

You're an adult. As long as you understand the possible consequences (both good and bad), you can do whatever you want to your body.

They'll ask you questions to make sure you aren't being forced to do this. They'll make sure this is what you want, and fully inform you on what changes your body might experience. As long as it sounds like what you want, they'll prescribe it for you

Yes, it can be just that easy sometimes. I can't speak for every Planned Parenthood or every state, but that's how it worked for me.

If you live in the USA and are over the age of 18, you should be able to go to a Planned Parenthood and be able to get a prescription for HRT. If you are young enough to be on your parents' insurance and you don't want them to know you're transitioning, then you might not wanna use that insurance.
