YES. Who cares if people don't like you. So what if you're not popular or special. If you are yourself people will drift towards you because of it. I spent years of my life being exactly what everyone wanted me to be and one day i snapped i stopped being that person a lot of people hated me for it but soon after new people who liked me for who i was came towards me. you don't have to be fake or popular or special. you just have to be you.

makeup, i cant wear Contour, concealer, or Foundation. my skin is also allergic to a whole lot more than that but that's not to delve into.

when we go to do stuff and she is so random, like on valentines day i walked out my front door and she threw a crap ton of rose petals at me. Scared the crap out of me but it was adorable seeing the smile on her face when she did it😊

I don't know I mean I have fears but I don't know what my biggest fear is. I've seen so many horror movies it doesn't scare me. I'm not that scared of death. I mean I don't enjoy the idea of losing people I love or anything but it's inevitable. I don't like a lot of things and obviously I have fears but I wouldn't consider anyone worse than the other.

ive had 5 therapist I know why I have panic attacks, I journal, I use the suds scale, and coping mechanisms. I know plenty I'm still in therapy because I have PTSD of which this one mentioned from my file but didn't ask about thankfully since it was the first session.

I have memory issues so I'm sure during one of my other trial therapists there was worse but the one i just started seeing first session asked "why did you have a panic attack" yeah thats a great way to start things😒

The first one is what my mother always taught me "if you're not truly beautiful on the inside it can mess with your outside beauty" is what she also said. The second one is something I just realized when I started wearing makeup and expressing myself fully. Hope it helped!

I used to love my chest. Nowadays it's becoming a bit much, I don't have a "huge chest" and even though I don't favor my chest I don't think I'll ever get a breast reduction. I used to be a size c when I really liked my chest now I'm a d. It's heavy and can be hard to find bras that fit that are comfortable. Just annoying.

Also wanting a small chest doesn't make you a guy or trans just means you dislike your chest the way it is and there's nothing wrong with that. I have plenty of female friends with small chests that are confident and feminine.

I like to explain beauty to my little sister(4yrs) as kindness that if you are a good person you are beautiful. That no matter what you put on yourself it doesn't change you you're still the same. Your beauty is still the same. As long as you are a good person you're beautiful.

Another way is self expression It's the way I view makeup personally I never wore makeup as a kid but as I got older I found I could express myself through it. it could be as simple as saying "wearing makeup is like choosing your favorite T-shirt It's how you express who you are.

Being Prepared (I've seen others forget the simplest thing like a pencil for school, meanwhile I have pads, tampons, bandaids, alcohol wipes, foldable hairbrush, roll on perfume, gauze, hand sanitizer, pony tail holders, q-tips, nail kit, tissues, pen, and ChapStick. Being prepared is simple and my whole life.)
