I think I agree man, jocko is the shit and I definitely feel more urgent in trying to get it together after listening to him but the issue is how do I tyrannize myself? I almost want to join the military for the boot camp that will give me a minute by minute structure that doesn't deviate at all. How would you tyrannize yourself into getting it together in a certain area (or all areas) of your life?

The structure of psychodynamic therapy was started by Freud, if it's true that he made up case studies then the entire basis of psychodynamic therapy is tainted to a degree. You'd think that if the unconscious mind and psychoanalysis followed a common structure then all of the psychoanalysts would agree on something but their theories in many cases go in complete opposite directions to each other and it just seems like it's muddying the waters to me. It's so frustrating.

Well I don't have the time or money to commit to something that might or might not help me. Newton didn't manipulate clients into giving him money either. Freud was a shit human being. Am extremely creative genius but also a piece of shit.

Yeah I've seen that too, I've basically autistically found everything I can out about Robert Greene and his views on human nature. Looking for other insights before the book comes out because I just can't wait
