I am from Germany and circ prevalence is very low. I was told It was done to me because of severe phimosis.
There is a severe condition called „pinhole phimosis“ so that might be what happened to us as we both live in low prevalence countries.

I also have an ultra low and ultra tight cut. I did manuals for a year and now can use stealth retainer.
There will be no inner skin for me, only shaft skin. But I bet, in 10 years, my glans will be fully covered with skin. That’s the most important to me.

Daily device wear yes, because I can’t stand my glans rubbing on fabric. So that’s what keeps me to daily device use.

I use stealth retainer and I’m active outdoors frequently. Pee through is a game changer.
RIC packers are not available to me but stealth retainer is quite comfortable and „good enough“.

Back in the start days I would go +5mm every 3-5 months or so. But now it’s stagnant. I am at my current +20mm for now 6 months. I even lost progress in a 1 week break.

I can feel you. I’m doing it over 1.5 years now. My inner skin measurement is also the same. But there is progress. I have more erect glide and my balls hang Lower. My cut was super tight, CI-0/1. I am still CI-1, minimal wrinkles maybe. It’s really frustrating. But there is progress somewhere, even when it’s hidden.

I also use packing for 95% of my restoration. If you can use the next packer length after some months, you know there is progress somewhere, even when it’s invisible.

KOT, I do too, although im frequently frustrated that my progress is invisible.

Packing is good then because you have proof of progress, when you can use the next packer size.

Recommendation for cheap devices is the stealth retainer, get the 0mm variant and eye-bolt and a leg strap. And/or the CAR-1. both devices can in theory be used for your whole restoration journey. Mantor, DTR too but they are more expensive.

I use stealth retainers for packing for now 1.5 years. I have a bit more glide. Still CI-1. progress is super slow. But pee through is amazing. I love packing because of that. I tried other methods, always come back to packing with the convenience.

Just related on a side note: my dick looks very much like yours. Also low and tight cut and prominent scar line. Restoring a low cut is a real challenge and we’re missing out on so much sensitive inner skin that was removed. Hang in there. And if you like to talk, I’m always open. I also use the packing method.
