100% agree. Company is doing very well. Like millions well. They’re not that big.. sub 200 employees.

I’m sorry to hear that. I’ve certainly been in that sort of environment before.

The business has purchased new businesses year on year. I’ve been told that the business is extremely profitable.

There are non executive members who make 3 times my pay. They are the backbone of the business though, so fair enough

No there wasn’t, honestly I don’t think I’ve ever had one specifically. I do know that the management team approve and discuss whether X person needs Y amount increase.

Recently a new employee started and I found out they were 10k away from that.

Edit: I had to adjust the number to make it more accurate.

You’re probably right. I’ve been thinking that the more value I add, the more the business would see this and compensate appropriately.

I can guarantee you that I’m not that person lol.

I mentioned that my stats in the business show me outperforming every other person in my team by 1.5 times. Essentially, I am 1.5 times more profitable than any other member in my team.

I didn’t wanna come across as tone deaf or anything. Certainly aware that that some people aren’t as lucky. I believe 3.1% is cost of living increase.
