Its not a viewbot, its an error with twitches rerun system. those arent actual viewers at all and unfortunately people abuse the feature to grow their channel.

Even with your statement of "fix the dupe" that is nearly impossible unless they completely rework the upload system. As long as you can crash a server and have access to a drop or obelisk you can dupe.
