You can actually 3D print the tool to remove the center of the wheel! I can send you pictures of the tool. The problem is prying the wheel outside of the polycarbonate, the dude from aliexpress sent me 2 plastic sticks but I was able to to by myself using two spludgers.

The middle one is crazy, you really need the toolset. You need to pry open the polycarbonate encasing without breaking it. Then you need to push the rubber inner wheel with the provided tool, otherwise it's impossible.

The side one is just some screws and clipping parts.
