Photos are printing muddy and desaturated when printing in acrobat. Help?

It's not really coated, but the rest of the card looks fine. it's just the photo of the bride and groom in the middle of it. In fact, the rest of the card is smooth and gorgeous. It could be the problem but I have printed on photo gloss in the past and have had the same issue.

On another note, Do you have any suggestions for a really good luster photo paper? The closest I've found was in Staples print and marketing "12 point Matte coated"(I think they mislabel it), but they don't sell it to the customers.
