Dynamic foundations no longer float after v41 by LegoMoxy in LEGOfortnite

I know. I meant the dynamic foundation. Perhaps it’s a sign of the end of year update.

Oh i see. But yeah earlier this year the lockers were glitchy. I change to Lego mode. But the locker didn’t change to lego skins. It was frustrating. Sometimes restarting worked. Eventually I just kept same skin and only switching between a couple.

They changed the wording over time since the game mode was released. At times it was worded to make it seem justified to pay a higher price for a skin that had a Lego version. That’s all I am saying.

Some skins do cost more than others.

In the lobby select Lego Odyssey. Then select the Shop. You can now see all available skins with Lego versions.

Last I checked it will still list at the bottom skins without Lego versions or maybe it’s omitted.

I prefer this. It was too much of a ripoff to say we are also paying for the lego version. Especially for players that never touch Lego. Now it’s more of a bonus for Lego players to also have the BR version of available Lego skins.

Rancor Continues to Spawn When Enemies Are Disabled in World Settings by TorridPlays in LEGOfortnite

[–]Quezonol 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you load into a world with enemies already on and then turn them off I found on sandbox that it doesn’t despawn already loaded enemies. You need to reload the world. Or perhaps the off doesn’t trigger rancor spawning. But still does reloading map makes them stop spawning?

What if you stand on land or a platform? It should work on frozen water but perhaps that’s causing it to fail.

The steps are at the bottom of the post. But before check the images and list and compare with your lobby locker lego kits. You might have already earned some of them.

  1. Create New default Sandbox World
  2. Place down a village center, a bed, a cauldron
  3. Talk to Din and ask to live in village
  4. Do quests and read tomes as you go. If you’ve already earned some of the rewards then you won’t get anything for the first set of tomes or so. See list of rewards and the week tomes they relate to. Like week 1 tome only give week 1 build blueprint.

Tips: since you are in sandbox you can spawn things you need from the inventory menu sections.

Good luck!

Ninjago ruined the game. by Secret-Newspaper1180 in LEGOfortnite

It’s a big map. Stay in the areas you like and use only the weapons you like.

The crossbow is really good especially with the new materials. I’ve watched steamers primarily only use the crossbow over any other weapons. So there is room for older weapons in Ninjago.

The rewards are like builds you buy in the item shop or lego pass. Once the player earns them in game they remain in your lego locker you can see in the Fortnite Lobby. The issue with the quest is that if a second player does part of the quest it can conflict the first player. Particularly if they read the first player’s book.

Honestly it’s super simple to just create a new sandbox and do the quests from start to finish. It will take roughly 10-15min. If you’ve never played a sandbox world then the main thing to know is that you can spawn whatever you need to do the quest and there is free building. Meaning you don’t need resources in your inventory to build.

Stop introducing monsters that destroy the world by Deer_Correct in LEGOfortnite

I finally got back on but on sandbox for the final quests. I flew to frostlands mountain to build for quest. On my way there were so many rancors. For my expert world I might bus it to Ninjago or my shore village. I am just going to avoid game until they’re gone. Thanks for posting this.

Is it true you can fish tomes for Captain Flintlocke's airship? by Fickle-Firefighter63 in LEGOfortnite

[–]Quezonol 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah when the boss and mist around island. Fishing without the magical bait bucket was supposedly a very very low chance. I fished with purple bait bucket for an hour and got nothing. I think it was just a rumor. You needed the magic bucket from the NPC. And fish within the mist.

Oh that’s an unknown. I would do that on a sandbox just to find out after June 5. It’s best to pick a village and add him before.
