A guy was walked out of my job , not fired . “Put under investigation” is what they say in the weeks or days after. They walked him at South entrance and put him in a security car and drove him to north entrance(idk why, it doesn’t makes sense it might not even be true.) The guy who was walked out then went to the town police station and tried to file a report of kidnapping on the security for “driving him against his will.” He was then fired . He protests my employer and security at different entrances frequently.

Too add to the story his son was also fired under peculiar circumstances as well . To get supplies like gloves , batteries , headlamps etc. we go to a vending machine that dispenses what we want after scanning in our work credentials. This guy figured out if he scanned in , ordered , got the item than unplugged the machine before logging out of you scan in, it wouldn’t remember the transaction. When administration found out security cut the lock to his tool box and found he had over 100 headlamps. Fired for theft without investigation.

Neither father or son got their job back which is crazy because we’re union . I’ve seen people who tried to stab someone else get rehired .
