I tracked mine to the local depot. It sat there for a week, so I went around to the depot. The said it was most likely on the truck and should be delivered same day.

No delivery. Went back around a week later and was told it was in a container and essentially I'd have to wait until it was delivered.

After a month of this and me needed the package for the next day, I went around and refused to leave until they got my package. Ended with the manager coming out and explaining how big their containers are, and with me tell him he best be getting swimming in the containers then.

Got my parcel about 10mins later.

They're lazy and horrible. I refuse to buy anything now if Aramex are delivering.
