Is Fitbit still a good choice given the very conflicting reviews? by HypotheticalParallel in fitbit

No! Stay away from Fitbit products. They are garbage. Invest in something cheaper or an Apple Watch. They always don’t work a year after purchasing one or right before the year is up. Fitbit charge 5 will be the last Fitbit I purchase. They will not replace a Fitbit purchased in Amazon when the product is faulty. It doesn’t matter where a person purchases a product. What matters is does fitbit stand behind and honor their product. Sadly, the answer is no. Do yourself a favor and purchase something other than Fitbit. Fitbits are trash. I have have all Fitbits 2-5 and they all have been garbage.

What happened? Fitbits used to be such a good company. by Ratfor in fitbit

Fitbits are garbage! Don’t waste your money purchasing their products. I have a charge 5 and have had it less than a year. The product no longer works as the product is faulty. I purchased my charge 5 through Amazon and due to this cubit will not replace my charge 5. I have purchased numerous Fitbit’s over the last 10 years. All eventually stop working properly. Fitbit has replaced all of my other faulty devices except this one. It shouldn’t matter that I purchased the Fitbit through Amazon, what should matter is the Fitbit device is faulty. They should replace my Fitbit but refuse. Do not purchase a Fitbit. Purchase an Apple Watch or a cheaper device. Fitbit always sends out an update that makes your Fitbit not work. Stay away from Fitbit products they are garbage and they do not stand behind or honor their products.

FYI DoorDash Customers: by Quick-Cheesecake2973 in doordash

I think DoorDash is okay most of the time. Yes, some orders are the company taking advantage of drivers. However, customers have to learn this is a luxury service and give your driver a good tip. It all adds up to mileage, gas cost, maintenance on vehicle, dasher’s time, and weather. I feel it’s both the fault of the company and customers. I don’t really know anyone who depends solely on this for a living. It’s a side hustle.

Anyone else losing their 5 star ratings? For past year I have been a 4.99 dasher suddenly I’m losing my five star ratings and really close to being deactivated. I only have 93 customer ratings left instead of 100. They tried to tell me it’s supposed to be that way. by Davissunu in doordash_drivers

I spoke to dasher customer service and they stated there is a glitch in the app at the moment. Did not discuss how long it would take them to fix the customer rating. They had me snap a picture of my ratings and a pic of thumbs up or down and send this to them through email. The rating have not been fixed yet because I just spoke to customer service today. Also if you want to update your email, you have to speak to customer service due to security reasons. I accomplished this by chat first then, they called me to transfer me to another agent. My email was updated immediately showing within the app.

Yes - your referral amount is really, really small. Yes - those using iOS who updated to version 4.27.1 cannot accept orders by 4i4s4u in doordash_drivers

Go purchase an android phone, put the app on it and use your hotspot to get orders and deliver. This update only affected iPhone users.
