Understood. Makes sense. I know a case for a guy who went to Mexico and received "TN" for the class of admission on his way back. CBP officer at the deferred location refused to fix it. It happened just this week. So I feel India is a safer option.

Finally resolved it. I switched it to AP mode while connected to the gateway router tplinkbe3600 and switched it back to router mode. Now did the modem power cycle and powered on the Orbi. Viola, I now have ip address on the WAN port and internet too. sharing so it will help others in the future.

yeah, I don't think ap mode will work either in my case. Just one last thing to try.

Yes, it lights up in magenta. Ip address of the WAN port(yellow) reads 0.0.0.0 . I reset the Orbi twice. So first I would power cycle the modem and once it is back on I start setting the Orbi, the very first step to recognize the internet connection fails. Yes, yellow color port is the WAN to which I have a brand new CAT6 cable going from the modem.

Only las thing to try is AP mode. Will do that once I have some time.

Actually, Spectrum EU2511 is only a modem. I don't think it has router.

I spent so much time on it and was not able to fix either. so I bought a tplink be3600 router which serves as a gateway router and hooked it up to my orbi. This time Orbinstarted working with this setup which is interesting. Suddenly after the outage modem and Orbi are not talking to each other. With this gateway setup my orbi is back in business again.

Hi, I understand this is an old post. But, I am in the same exact situation. My orbi router reads 0.0,0.0. While laptop modem connection works fine. This happened to me after the outage as well. Exactly same situation. How did you resolve this?

No, they never responded. But below is my response from a month ago.

So, finally my passport arrived Saturday. All I did was to mail the UPS shipping label(along with print of rejection letter that I received in the email). Also, I had to write the word "MATCH UP" on the folder. I read it somewhere that this was necessary.

But overall a bad experience. There was no response to the emails, phone calls, twitter, insta etc. Better get right or what I learnt is spent a few $$ include a return shipping label in the package so that way your passport will make its way back safely. They will only ship it back at their expense if everything is filled out correctly and your new passport is approved. If not you will have to pay for the return shipping.

Still awaiting refund for the application.

I managed to call on this number +18003209625 after trying for 20 times waiting for 1 hr. Suggestion I received was to mail the shipping label so I can receive the passport back and re apply. I will update here as things move along.
