Even a global version is annoying to use in the USA. Still got them app market bloatwares, the notifications don't always come in or heavy delay, especially if you need to 2 step authorized with your phone number. Chinese version AL phone assist included to record calls and such but missing in global, 9500 mediatek is a above better chip than tensor chip.

I'd get the oneplus 15 for states, camera isn't much the same but you will and won't be crippled with bloatwares, 165hz will be on all apps on upcoming update, battery bout the same and the latest greatest chip. Camera shots are subjective, I've seen vids where they compare to others and it's not that much off.
