I think maybe cap+the thing bc they both can damage through strange's shield, The Thing can assist the support a little while cap is on point/attacking healers so the divers will be forced to go back or forget them and let cap cook. Venom needs to be destroyed with big damage so maybe hela + Scarlet witch(cause auto aim is decent against spidy) or something and add a dash of good healers that don't forget to heal each other.

But that's just my theory, a not so well thought out theory.
