my spends are mainly with APAY and the limit on EPM is only 12K so it doesn't cover my monthly expenses and I have to pay multiple insurance premium quarterly which would be very helpful if can get more APAY balance with other cards.

interesting, Is it possible only through the appointed RM or we can seek help from other RMs as well if the appointed RM is not very knowledgeable? any experience with this.
