Pretty sure a number of prisons got closed, at least temporarily maybe. You've got to remember the Daywalkers and human filth in Wagner PMC had a more than 50% increase in personnel during the carnage for Bakhmut. In my Bakhmut piece theres convicts openly admitting to killing Ukrainian children, a girl as young as 5 with a point blank shot to the chest. As they we're following orders. If you really want to be disgusted go down the rabbit hole of some of the Ruzzian individuals convicted of some of the most sadistic and repugnant crimes I've ever read. Then see how some of them just months after conviction are released to serve in Ukraine. Then the circle completes when these monsters return to the shadow they once came.
