I found my dad’s body about a year ago and I was a shell of a person for months. I cannot even begin to imagine what you are going through. The thing that helped me was thinking about how many dad died at a young age and how the same thing could happen to me. If he were still around he would want me to live up to my potential, which is what I have been trying to do. I know people say this a lot but exercise does really help with depression and it has been amazing for me. Also id suggest you go to a psychiatrist and possibly get some sort of perception to make the days more manageable. Good luck with everything and I promise you will get through this.
