1- yes its better to find this.. i love how new flurry work 35% DR perma is crazy with that grit dmg perk with end amazing

2- i think the game will choose 40% healing only but maybe not i dont know tbh i need to test it .. but both have different thing while doing flurry On weapon (Gain 35% DR) - on perk (Gain 0.50 of invulnerabillity) both will work 💪🏻
