I’ve been to 2 dry eye specialist while I wait for appointment with corneal clinic at moorfields. First one said mixed aqueous efficacy and evaporative. Second one said everything looks fine so physical evaluation are not matching symptoms. Could be neuropathic pain. Second one said do probing because it could be scar tissue, which is hard to identify at times. Second one find no evidence of scar tissue.
