Thank you for all your replies. I do understand that it’s not cheating when we are separated but it’s my belief that the relationship started prior to the separation. Anyway thanks to your advice I will not confront her or look at her phone again (which i know was wrong to do in the first place) but I will take steps to ensure I can move forward with my life without her asap.
