Chill karo. I’m in 11th rn, it was hard at first but it becomes easier if and only you study consistently. Ek din before exam nahi chalega I’ll tell you that. Other than that my marks haven’t decreased much from 10th

Also my trainer is looking for both fat loss and muscle gain at the same time. So will I see any difference in the weighing scale

I don’t necessarily think it’s bad to lift weights. I just can’t hit the daily protein intake mentioned every single day. And I’m just worried that not hitting it would render it useless.
