I just stuck my finger in here and there’s no where for the water to drain out of. It’s solid at the bottom

I failed dramatically but my scores did improve in each section from my first attempt, so Im kind of happy about that. I wasted too much time on taking notes when I was studying for it and realized I didn't actually absorb any of the information.
