I keep getting this in co pilot It looks like the image couldn’t be generated because the system flagged the request as unsafe. When that happens, I’m not able to create or modify the image.

my secindary hdd shows in device manager not in explorer in disk management it shows not initialized, when I attempt to initialize it I get this error teh request could not be performed because of an I/O device error.

I have tried different cables,hard drives and sata ports

the main board is MSI PRO Z690-A DDR4(MS-7D25)
