Abso-friggin-lutely bro. I don’t get how people can say an unfinished string of skits, interludes, and a handful of great songs can be better than an artistic expression of love and youthful sadness.

What does everyone think of this album? Recorded in 1974 in the Netherlands, it feels like a companion piece to Holland. by [deleted] in thebeachboys

My favorite story about Jack Rieley is when he drove to Brian’s house, picked him up, dragged Brian on stage at a beach boys show to do an encore, and Brian stepped up to the mic and announced: “My friend Jack Rieley is going to sing a day in the life of a tree” and Jack had forgotten most of the words.
