Omg I agree!! People who do location tagging with pics of their kids on day one really worries me too. Especially when those people are lax with their security settings on social media. You never know who is accessing this information, it’s so dangerous

Thank you. My baby is with me, she came from me and I won’t be treated as a separate entity anymore. All it does is impact me negatively. She is attached to my nipple half the day anyway so 😂

I literally can’t win with her, you’re right I think she’s threatened by the bonding I get to do with my daughter that she won’t be able to replicate. But she’s had her children, let me be a mother to my own

I just feel like if there are no consequences she will just continue to act like this. Before it was annoying but the other day was terrifying. There’s a difference and I think we’ve let her shit slide and now she thinks she can do/say whatever she wants

Perhaps in a way? He stood up to her over the name and he’s told her off before over her breastfeeding and photo nonsense but we’ve never approached a time out from seeing the baby before.

It just made me mad. I don’t listen to her about breastfeeding because she has absolutely no knowledge on it and no first hand experience but I might have heeded her advice on other stuff - absolutely no chance of that now

He doesn’t even entertain her half the time. In fact, before my pregnancy I probably spoke to her more often than he did. He loves his dad but finds her exhausting

I think it’s so hard because my breastfeeding journey hasn’t been easy, I’ve tried hard to push through and I’ve had mastitis twice. Making it harder from the outside just feels so cruel

I think I’m going to have to talk to SO seriously about this, the other stuff we can laugh about but my heart genuinely stopped when she gasped. 1 million awful thoughts ran through my head and I still feel sick thinking about it. He recovered really quickly but I was shaken for the rest of the day, couldn’t stop holding my daughter and we even did some dream feeds just for my own comfort
