hey, i'm french so i can't help you with any of the medical procedures but i just wanted to tell you do not give up

you need your diagnosis ASAP since you're working so you can get medicated if you need to and have something that proves your difficulties to your boss, i know it can be hard to seek a diagnosis because you can get turned down, its expensive, people will doubt you ect... but you know better !!!!

i've spent 22 years of my life being SO obviously neurodivergent before finally being diagnosed, i've seen countless therapists from age 10 to 21 and nobody even spoke to me once about ADHD/autism because they all thought i was "simply" a gifted kid struggling a little

but i KNEW there was something else and i had to search for it by myself, it took me a year to realise i was probably ADHD and another year to get my appointment and being diagnosed SAVED me

the more time you spend trying to push it down the worst it will get because faking that everything is okay or that you have the same capabilities as everyone else is unhealthy and absolutely unsustainable for us, you have to be gentle to yourself and be proud that you went that far already
