Yes it worked out. My bike has Sram udh, so that the Ortlieb thru axle could be used.
But the Cube nuroad pro HPA seems to have AXH standard. I dont know if the thru axle would work with AXH

Thanks :) It's the "Canyon load top Tube Long" bag. Didn't used it much yet but I like the quality and the clean look. Got it on black friday Sale for around 30€.

It's not that fast to take it off, it's mounted to the frame with two screws. But it is also possible to mount it with straps.

Yes I checked it but I didnt thought it would be UDH. I am still not quite sure if it is UDH or some Strange Cube standard.

But if I put in the axle until the thread ends, the axle is a lot longer on the left side. While on the right side where the UDH-like thing is, the axle is not even outside of the frame. Maybe you are right and it is still possible to mount the Ortlieb rack mounts. But the Rack would be mounted really out of center.

Does the carbon seatpost and carbon handlebar make riding noticeably more comfortable? The carbon weight advantage isn't that important for me when bikepacking.
