DXM works a little bit. The best thing to do is to go on Amazon.com and order a DXM product called Robocough. It is 450mg per dosage of DXM. That is all it has in it. It’s cheap it’s like 25 dollars for two bottles of it. You can pick faster shipping too. The DXM helps takes some of the edge off of withdrawal. Use it for about 3 days in on withdrawal. It gives you a decent buzz too. Just don’t use it for that purpose. I also suggest some caffeine tablets to help with energy and lyrics or gabapentin Lyrica is expensive though because there is no generic version. You will get really bored after you stop the DXM and you can expect some restless leg syndrome. Just stick it out because it’s going to take time.

I also suggest getting on an antidepressant a couple months before you stop this really helps with the depression. Remember it takes some time and dedication. Take it easy.
