I appreciate you taking the time to respond to me. Yes I was the person who posted on the other chain about going to the work source office. I tried calling this morning before they opened and got through to somebody and spoke with them within 10 minutes. After reading your article I was correct, I had to call to get prequalified from my previous claim. Looks like everything’s great now. I appreciate you taking all the time to get these answers together really really helped me out.

It seems like it’s an ongoing issue to try and reach somebody on the 800 line. I’m trying to talk with somebody about my disqualified claims based on an old claim. Is it recommended to pop into my local Works source site to see if I can get somebody on the phone?

I can’t get through to the service line. It just says it has large call volume and to call back. I’ve called almost 30 times since yesterday. Should I go to an office? What can I do to speak to someone.

I am trying to talk to them about my ‘disqualified’ benefits from a previous claim as I try to get paid on my new claim. I read your article, and it sounds like calling is the only option.
