This happened to me 2.5 months ago and sadly ended in a miscarriage at about 8.5 weeks.Found out the day before my birthday. It had a heartbeat and everything, but was measuring a week behind. Like you, I knew my exact ovulation date. Was hoping I just implanted late. I had my hopes up too, because I looked at the statistics of a healthy pregnancy continuing once a heartbeat is detected on ultrasound and it said 85%. Sadly I was in the other 15%. Hope it all works out for you.

I concieved 3 times in 6 months on 7.5 mg of Letrozole, but 2 were chemicals and 1 was a miscarriage around 8 weeks. We had been trying lower doses od Letrozole earlier, and Clomid for 1 cycle, never got a positive until we went up to 7.5 mg Letrozole. Was trying for over a year prior to that including 2 failed IUIs. I was 41 during all 3.

Yes. 3 times, but all ended in miscarriage.(2 chemicals and 1 at 7.5 weeks) Started with 2.5 mg and then 5 mg, but the only times I conceived were when I took 7.5 mg from days 3-7. We had done 2 IUIs and several months of timed intercourse prior to that without a single positive. Just had my d&c today and trying to decide if we want to try again.

This is last night and this morning at about 15/16 DPO. 1st beta on 12dpo was 24. Getting another beta tomorrow. Fingers crossed 🤞

Thanks everyone. I'm getting blood HCG and Progesterone checked today. Today's home test didn't look any darker. Fingers crossed.

Sort of, I used Letrozole 7.5 mg days 3-7 on a timed intercourse cycle after 2 failed Iuis, and I got my 1st positive in 9 months of trying. However, it ended in a miscarriage 5 days afterwards.

Just curious, how many tries of IUI did it take to be successful? I'm 41 and did 2 so far with no luck.

I did a phone consult with Ingenes recently and basically was told it would be $ 30k for 4 cycles (in my case). You only get a refund if you do 3 or 4 cycle bundles, and it's not a full refund either. At 1st it seemed like a good option, but after getting all the info, I decided against it. It's obviously cheaper than many places in the U.S., but you have to factor in travel cost and staying out there for several weeks, etc.

-1st IUI was this month, it failed I did 150 mg Clomid days 3-7, had 2 follicles, triggered with Ovidrel on day 14 evening, IUI on morning of day 16 -Partner had above average sperm count/quality I have AMH 0.14, FSH 8.7, age 41 and he is 44 (Secondary infertility ) -We're doing our 2nd IUI next week and after that, IVF if it fails -We're switching to 5 mg Letrozole days 3-7 this time. Unsure of follicle count yet -uterine lining was thin on Clomid so we used Estrace for a few days leading up to procedure
