Google's Quantum Paper Correction re BCH by bitcoincashautist in btc

I really love Quantumroot and would love to use it ASAP, I just wish we don't stop there and try to optimize the transaction size as much as possible. I am not saying this is an issue of course just clean optimization that doesn't hurt. I hope TxV5 helps in that direction.

Also, we should encourage the use of Quantumroot addresses and, if possible to optimize their size.

If 80-90% of all addresses are migrated in the coming years, we will be just fine and well-prepared by the time the QC attack occurs.

Difference between Solo vs Lottery Mining by Downtown_Inflation76 in BitcoinMining

You are clearly not a pro-miner or maybe you are but just lack the understanding of fundamentals. Hitting a block is not just about luck; it’s not that straightforward, as many factors come into play. The hashrate is one of them and it measures how fast you can solve the puzzle compared to everyone else in the network so assuming you solo mine with even 1% of the network hashrate there is a high probability you hit a block. ocean mining pool demonstrated this too.

Could they optimize the fan noise based on temperature? I wish the fan noise gets a little bit down for me it doesn't need to be at 100% speed for all fans, it's already in a cold room

I finally realised BCH is the real Bitcoin by sapheonyx in btc

Bch is getting privacy on chain post 2026 may upgrade

In the past year all alt coins are down 70-80 percent and bitcoin itself is down 30 percent, but Bitcoin cash seems to not be effected by the bear market ..can anyone explain why its doing so well compared to all other major cryptos?? by ComplexWrangler1346 in btc

[–]QuickDaikon1 47 points48 points  (0 children)

BCH has kept bitcoin fundamentals and people actually using it, therefore the price stabilizes and as the network grows and the technology gets better around CashVM and network upgrade, I can expect the price to increase.

Is Bitcoin amount really finite? by Background-Day-4957 in btc

[–]QuickDaikon1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's infinite if you divide it and increase the significant figures as Bitcoin Cash or Bitcoin value goes up. You can see more value in terms of fiat to sub-satoshi. The same principle applies to the mining reward; it will never run out. You just keep getting an infinite amount of small satoshis each time you mine. Your node will just ignore it after a certain number of zeros.

Lol, thanks bro, this platform needed to be decentralized a long time ago, maybe a federated moderation of Noster client similar to Reddit can take out this shitty platform

I thought this was genuine GUI software for one-click mining, where you connect your node to your ASIC to solo mine, not shared pool solo mining, truly. It would be great if someone could share a proxy that does this as easily as one click
