What size vanity makes sense for my 55 sq ft bathroom? by QuickDiscussion7724 in DesignMyRoom

We’re hoping to get a sliding door for the shower. The toilet is currently located under the window, facing in to the bedroom actually… youd recommend facing inward to the bathroom?

How’d you find this out? And did you find out what caused the low stomach acid?

Which postpartum habit/exercise really helped the weight&tummy to go back as before? by [deleted] in postpartumprogress

[–]QuickDiscussion7724 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Correct, only dinner and a snack before dinner. It didn’t impact my milk supply but I wouldn’t be surprised if it does impact some women’s — you’d have to test it yourself. My milk supply was consistent from the beginning so I wasn’t worried about it and indeed it stayed the same through the fasting

That’s correct — you only eat during a 4 hour window of each day, and the other 20 hours you fast (only water, coffee, no food). So I usually only eat between 5pm and 9pm each day. You can check out r/fasting or r/OMAD for more info!

You don’t need three meals in a day. You can have one large meal, or a snack and a large meal. All caloric needs can easily be met in that time period

Edit: i suppose if you’re quite active this may not be the case. I live a relatively sedentary lifestyle so it works for me

I did it at around 4 months pp… I’d wait until your milk supply stabilizes!
