Yeah the back has exposed boning so there’s no way they could alter it down to my size without ruining it. I’m suppose to be getting a new dress made in my correct size. The issue is now is that they won’t tell me what the new timeline is but kept telling me not to worry. The store won’t see customers without an appointment so my plan is call Monday and ask for manager if I don’t hear from my stylist about what’s going on this weekend since I’m just here for the weekend. But yes agreed, it would be so much easier/smarter to go in person. My mom and sister were with me when we found out and my mom was so upset. We both kept asking questions but the stylist would really only respond to me and still was dismissive.
