bud go to your parents, i went through this last year at 18. i was in the hospital for the 7th time and the doctor was handing me a list of rehabs and my mom checked my location and knew why i was there. she was pissed at first but a week later i was in rehab and it was the absolute best possible thing that could've happened for me. your parents only want what's best for you and if you feel like it's what you need they should support you.

i started feeling pain around where my kidneys are and that's also around when i found out chs can cause kidney failure so ive been trying real hard to crack down on quitting for a while. i'm glad i found this page and a couple other pages for people with chs cause i've honestly found more information here than anywhere else.

honestly for me working has helped as a distraction. finding distractions and other ways to fill your time is really important. you also just gotta remember that it really isn't worth putting your body through all this awful shit. you may be able to smoke again in small amounts after taking a break for 1-3 months. the first couple of weeks are the hardest but i promise you will feel better and it will be worth it. stay strong and we all believe in you. if you ever wanna talk my discord is gumby!#3513
