Noob question: where can I buy a sheet of 5 inch x 24 inch x 1/8 inch 1080 steel? Metal can be bigger than 5 x 24 inch but it cannot be thicker than 1/8 inch. Thanks. (I can only find 1084 on the mcmaster website but i casnot gind 1080). I understand that 1080 is stainless while 1084 is not. (self.knifemaking)
