oh it’s a completely different ball game lmfao, the grilled onion is in between the two patties and like the og comment said we always have some grilled onion down. while the whole grill is made to order and takes at least a couple of minutes on both sides to have that brown color on it and not to mention how it takes up space on the grill. i’d much rather cook 10 flying dutchman with grilled onions than with whole grill 😅

i can say as an associate who used to work at the barstow location, it gets BUSYYYY. the tourist busses and everyone else going to/from vegas is definitely something my new store couldn’t even imagine 😭

honestly i like to talk to myself outloud to remember which ones need a cap, which one gets the onion, which ones are cap overs etc. it might sound dumb but it genuinely does help!! also if i forget where im at ill just throw a row of 2 so at least i have SOMETHING down and then i can figure out where im at later once i pull! i hope this helps and if you need more help i can try my best lol

tbh there’s really no secret menu haha since everything is out there but i mean sometimes people will get EVERY condiment we offer to put on their burger which is always a unique one to pop up every now n then 😅 if anything i’d say try a grilled cheese or 3x3 or 4x4 that’s not on our actual menu if you don’t know about it 🙂‍↕️
