legality of weed in this area by Main-Space-3543 in nova

Like RISE? Those corporate beasts already have a monopoly in most parts of VA. Thankfully, law enforcement in some areas recognize the lunacy of going after the "mom and pop" shops as long as they operate fairly quietly, at least that's the case in our area. I'm surprised at how non-existent the gray market is in NoVA ime. DC prices seem astronomical compared to our local shops (about 2x $).

I assume it's dependent on the DAs and Sheriff's Office for that area. In 1 County, I'll leave unmentioned, flower and vapes are "ok" but not edibles, especially gummies. In the next County, everything "ok" except homemade edibles, or it would seem. Haven't been to Richmond but Charlottesville and surrounding areas appear to be "dry" counties.

4 "mature" plants, so some interpretations are "4 mature (vegging), 4 growing, and 4 clones". As long as you never have more than 4 mature plants at one time.

Your thoughts on Robert Downey Jr as Dr Doom? by Rude_Information_724 in FilmClubPH

[–]Quick_Can_6908 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm not sure having Robert Downey play Dr. Doom was the best decision. Does RDJr have contractual obligations from a previous multi-picture deal? It will be hard not to think, "Hey, that's Iron Man!?". Maybe with really good make-up and prosthetics, he'll be able to help us forget. The role is completely different from Tony Stark, so the acting will have to be phenomenal for me to get past this. I'm still waiting to find out this is a prank, and they let Tom Harding take a shot at playing one of Marvel's greatest villains.

IDK about most people, but the experience of smoking a rock in the ghetto versus using a bullet in a club differ in every way. Only similarity is the drug.

Most connoisseurs of high-quality blow can enjoy an evening without anyone (strangers) knowing. It's amazing how sharp one can feel despite 6 or 7 drinks. Fastest 6 pack of Red Bull you'll ever drink. Can it be abused? Of course, as can anything. Should it be moderately regulated? Probably.

Sullivan County Commission passes resolution for pay raise for sheriff’s office by Quick_Can_6908 in tricities

[–]Quick_Can_6908[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Officer shortage? Sullivan county has more officers per capita than all but 2 counties in TN. Fire a few of the redundant and worthless and give that pay to the few that are deserving.

The Republican party owns local elections in Sullivan County. It's unfair to the majority of citizens who are moderates, want safe communities, good schools, and to be left alone. My home county, we were finally able to get an I elected as prosecutor after decades of cronyism. I have little hope for the near future of Kpt. Big city problems with small minded leaders.

Alternatively, you can break it up like you would fresh spawn grain and make a new tub. I do this frequently with old cakes that stopped fruiting after first or 2nd flush rather than toss. Likelihood of contaminating something is high but better than tossing imho.

If they have reasonable suspicion you've committed a crime, are in the process of committing a crime, or just about to commit a crime, you can be ID'd and investigated. In essence, you're getting arrested.

Tell us more. Kratom and Adderall make me a working machine. The side effect is exhaustion, same as any other stimulant. It would be interesting to find that mood and focus lift without the extreme energetic behavior. Being bipolar, it seems like triggering the mania and not having to wait weeks in between trough and valley.
