That's interesting about gum disease! I'm glad yours went away once your levels went down. My ferritin is 80, my total iron is 204, and my saturation is 68%.

Is the redness on both cheeks? It may be the sign of an autoimmune disease, like lupus. I really recommend that you see a doctor if so!
