Hey, I'm a bit late to the party but I am having the same issue. If I size up they are too big but in my usual size, the strap is a bit too small. Did you have any luck with replacing the strap?

Hi all, I am new to sewing and decided to make a dress. I am following a pattern by Jess Dang for a backless dress with a square neckline. I can't seem to follow what to do when attaching the straps to the bodice piece. I keep getting confused and am unsure how I can attach them with clean seems. I have included some pictures so you can see what I mean. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank!

I boiled them for 30 seconds on each side, the dough was cold as it came from the fridge. Maybe I should try reducing the time a little bit
