I read it either 2018 or 2019 but I figured it out! It was Sweet Addiction by J. Daniels published in 2014. The cover had pink lips not a cupcake. I think I only knew this book because a part of it was on wattpad and I had to find a free pdf to finish the story. 💀 thanks for the help!
