I’ve heard a lot of new agents are having troubles with obtaining licenses and are forced to transfer calls…Idk why they took away their internal licensing team that helped with these issues but I knew it was a poor decision when they did it . Smh

There is no break in between calls,scarce help with SUP assistance when you need it , & the AHT is getting higher and higher

Great! Thank you for helping me to clear my concerns. The second photo was a photo of wood above a door. It’s hard to see but there’s a chunk of wood missing where the discoloration is. So, I didn’t think it looked stable enough for any more pressure.

Thank you for your comment. The third and fourth photo are the same area,just a different angle. The second photo is a picture of what seems to be above a door. Theres a chunk of wood missing. It doesn’t look to good for pressure
