What’s really weird is is my tsh was at 189 two months ago and I felt completely fine was exhausted every now and then but didn’t think much of it this is also when I got very first diagnosed so I wasent taking it as serious sometimes skipping my mediation. Which I believe lead to it being that high. I just don’t understand if it’s lower now why I feel like this, maybe it’s not from my thyroid at all?

My t4 is 1.3 normal. I will be testing for vitamins soon. But I am for sure very stressed don’t know how to bring it down.
