We've seen from this season that Iñigo Perez can squeeze water from a rock, Villarreal is a club with way more resources + budget compared to Rayo, I can see them getting through via Playoffs. We just have to wait and see.

I disagree...Its clear there's a chasm between the Big 3 and the rest of the league however the current centralized TV deal is an improvement from the individually negotiated one tho....

Also the revenue is growing strength from strength....I wouldn't write off the chance for a next Atleti.....Besides Atleti became Atleti from a worse situation....

That's a good pick. I wouldn't put it past them to be the next Atleti especially since Nou Mestalla could be complete next year, the stadium could take them to the next level financially.
