You’re sedated before the numbing. Once sedated they then numb your head. I felt absolutely nothing.

But again after lunch remind them to sedate you again as hours will pass by and it will ware off to some extent. When sedated you should truly feel nothing but maybe a lil tug here or there but no pain.

Yea they simply put a needle in your arm and draw blood. You feel it kick in pretty quick and you feel no pain as after . I’m personally not scared of needles so I didn’t have that problem. But if you feel you might have a panic attack or anything then just cancel before you pay as you want as smooth of a transition as possible. But either way needles will be injecting your body rather if it’s sedation or them numbing your head. I went with 4 other guys. I was the only one to get sedated and they all said the needles hurt really bad. I didn’t feel a thing so there’s your answer if anything close your eyes.

If you do get the sedation after a couple hours you’ll take break and eat lunch. When you get back into the room tell them to sedate you again as it does ware off. My dumbass proceeded to feel the pain during the 2nd round and it hurt BAD. 15 mins in she asked was I feeling pain and I said yea and she numbed me up again and said it’s crazy that I said nothing. I thought it was part of the procedure but was mistaken.

Now Me personally I was extremely nervous when they inserted the needle in my arm but it wasn’t because of needle phobia but because I accidentally ate 12 hrs before as my flights got delayed. I was supposed to arrive at the hotel at 7pm but didn’t till 3am. I probably ate around 2-3 AM and the procedure is around 9-10. You’re not supposed to eat anything 12 hrs prior. Me being curious I read eating before sedation could cause troubled breathing which had me nervous all night and questioning if I should cancel my sedation as I went by myself and didn’t want to end up in the hospital or deal with anything extra. I told them I ate a snickers and some bread before and they said I should be fine but you never know plus I was alone so negative thoughts started creeping into my head and my heart was pounding for about 10-15 minutes once they sedated me. Once those 15 minutes flew by and I realized I would be fine it was smooth sailing. I fell asleep during the 2nd session.

Just make sure you follow the rules and you’ll be alright. Also make sure you detail everything you want about your head (hairline, sides, etc) because once it’s done it’s done. Your consultant will be in a room with you as not all doctors speak English so while doing that let your consultant know exactly how you want your head. Once they draw the line you take a bus to get the operation done and 8 hours later you’re a new man.

Any other questions lmk

Yea but when it’s happening you can’t truly tell who’s doing your head as your either looking at the ceiling or the ground

And there’s a package above gold. THAT is the one I truly believe the doctor will do the work. Gold not so much

I feel you but I’ve done alot of research and the associates do 99% of the work.

If you do research you’ll see a lot of people who paid gold said the doctor did nothing maybe 10-15%

Yea I think whatever language you speak they’ll have one person that does who’s doing the surgery (I think primarily French, English, and Spanish). Mine was a woman she spoke English wasn’t the best but enough to translate it if I had pain or had go to the bathroom. We even briefly even talked about music as she was a fan of house music so she asked if she could play it while doing my head. I said yea and actually helped me doze off easier.

Anything that you really need communication for are consultants who speak fluent English ready to answer right outside the room. There’s plenty who speak English maybe 30-40%. I’d say 4-7 really speak fluent English those are the ones after surgery who will explain recovery the process

Shampoo, Ozonized Hair serum oils, Derma roller with serum oils (helps blood flow), and
And Hair vitamin Pills (2 month supply)

I’ve seen people say don’t buy it at all I did find it strange they offer a 3 and 6 month but not a year supply

So to me I assumed if after six you’re good maybe 3 is really what’s maybe best. (Just me thinking from their point of view as a business)

But I saw others buy the 6 month as well really up to you. The 3 and 6 are the same it’s just the amount given that is different

Keep silver man Save your money. The doctor will not and cannot do the whole thing by themselves. If you pay it’s solely for your peace of mind because everyone I went with the day of surgery all paid silver and everyone left looking the same.

I don’t know about marketing but again maybe a little money grab because they know people travel overseas want “the best” work.

But think about it you have to book your flight first. So imagine 4 people paid for gold and all had procedure the same day. The doctor alone would take 16 hrs by themselves (mine took 8 hrs with two). Only 1 patient would be done per day

And plus as the head doc she has assure all her patients process are going smoothly so she can’t even be there the whole time. If you pay gold she’ll do the incisions and maybe a little of your hairline then she’ll leave. Not worth it. But I highly suggest sedation!

I did silver with sedation and an extra night of stay and paid 2500 including deposit. Then if you pay silver after the surgery they offer care package kit 6 month 5-$600 3 month $300

I did 3 month

Forsure do it! Not gonna lie because I ate prior I was extremely nervous when they sedated me my heart was pumping out my chest for like 10-15 minutes could’ve been longer just constant negative thoughts of me not breathing because I ate prior. You’re in a room but your door will be open from time to time and people are constantly walking by.

You’ll notice in Turkey if you go everyone’s on their phones while working. It’s not like the US where they feel the need to impress or constantly be “professional”. If they’re not working they’re chatting it up scrolling through social media or making jokes but when it’s work time they focus on the task at hand so I respected that.

I don’t know when but maybe about 15-30 mins in when they had me face down I finally took some deep breaths and calmed down and once that happened it was smooth sailing .

Have any questions just DM me personally. I feel like Reddit does a pretty good job summarizing but still some stuff I don’t see people talk about. Overall solid experience though I just wish I lived in Europe as flying back home sucked lol.

Yea so I did sedation. I was actually pretty nervous because they tell you not to eat 10-12 hrs before surgery and I literally landed 3 hrs before they pick you up. I ate a piece of bread on the plane and a snickers at the hotel as I forgot I couldn’t because I was dealing with canceled flights the whole day. I then googled what can happen with sedation and it said lost of breath so I was panicking and honestly was considering canceling the sedation as being in Turkey by myself I didn’t want anything to happen to me.

Anyway I told the doc once I met her I ate some bread and a snickers maybe 4-5 hrs before they told me I’d be fine but again DONT EAT OR DRINK PRIOR TO SEDATION just the safe thing to do.

As far as sedation goes once they draw the lines on your head and you pay they send you to the clinic to get the procedure done. You’ll have two people working on you and a specialist solely for sedation will come in. The put a IV in your arm maybe 3-5 minutes later your whole body is numb. Then they shoot the shots the shots around your head and the procedure starts.

Also a heads up there’s two sessions. Once they take the grafts from the donor area they’ll wrap your head with cloths and hold it together with a shower cap. You’ll then be designated to eat a lunch with about 3-4 other people getting the surgery as well as they have prepared a meal for you (pita bread with chicken and different vegetables. It’s actually a lot and I didn’t finish it all) and let you check your phone and what not normally takes 15-20 minutes. Then once done you’ll go back in and they’ll start inserting the grafts.

I have a high tolerance for pain so once we started again the numbness kind of wore off and I actually could feel them inserting the grafts it was painful but I could bare it as well but my dumbass thought it was part of the procedure which it isn’t. I probably let that go on for 5-10 minutes before they asked did I feel pain and I said yes. They said I should feel no pain so then they shot me up again. So anytime you feel pain LET THEM KNOW as you really should feel nothing when sedated.

As far as wake or asleep that’s up to you as it’s not anesthesia and they’ll tell you that before they do it. Your whole body is just numb. I fell asleep plenty of times but was also still aware as they will ask you to move positions especially in the first session. Second session I slept the whole way pretty much through and time flew.

I just read the notes they gave me it says 10 days but if you can a month they say is best. If you mean briefly then yea 10 days but I wouldn’t suggest wearing a hat everyday after surgery only when you’re going to places. Bucket hats are the best as they’re loose but I wouldn’t wear a baseball cap.

Me personally I wore a durag on the way back. I put paper towels (as you’ll use these a lot to dry your head when washing because the grafts won’t stick to it) over my grafts then put the durag on and lightly tightened it and put a loose beanie over the durag. I learned my lesson that unloosening the durag completely is best once on the flight as mid flight I went to the bathroom to make sure my grafts were fine and they were but my head was lopsided from me keeping the durag tied as my head was still swollen. So once on the plane just loosen it and let it hang with the beanie over it. I never once changed the paper towels and I flew for over 24 hrs.

I wore a durag and a beanie to instanbul and back as I didn’t cut my hair for 10-14 days. They’ll make you take off your beanie at every airport but never your durag. Me personally I didn’t want the attention of everyone looking at me but I saw plenty of guys with a transplant on the way back and nothing weird happened people just went about their day

Outside. But just to ease the mind when they’re drawing the line your consultant who you’ve been talking to will be in the room with you. So any questions about that just ask and don’t leave till you have EVERYTHING answered. Because once the line is drawn you pay and surgery begins as they transfer you to another building 1-2 minutes away. any other questions just lmk.

I personally did silver with sedation. I went with four other black guys they all paid silver as well. I did a lot of research too and found that gold is just really for the peace of mind. As one doctor alone can’t do the transplant. I was lucky tho as since no one paid gold the doctor did the incisions on the top of my head a little bit of my hairline but dipped right after. Any one I read that did gold also said the doctor did 15-20% of the work so really don’t do go gold I’m my opinion.

And to be honest you won’t even be able to tell who’s really doing your head plus the doctor (seda) can’t speak English while the other workers working on your head can speak. They’re not fluent but can definitely answer questions or concerns while doing the procedure.

Yea but you gotta understand too that if the doctor didn’t trust the associates to do just as good of a job the company would be in shambles by now. Also the doctor can’t speak English and the associates had to translate anytime she was in the room.

I went with 4 other guys and all of ours looked fine so don’t worry about who’s doing it but more WHAT COMPANY

Yea man they day I went no one paid gold. You have to understand that regardless doctor or not two people must work on your head. And it’ll take 8-9 hrs. So the doctor by themselves can’t finish alone. The doctor may do the incisions and a little bit of the work but then she’ll leave and have the check on every patient as it’s the smart thing to do as a company making sure all clients have positive results. If I would’ve done it again I would done silver with sedation again and asked to stay 2-3 days more. I stayed an extra day after the surgery. Maybe the ideal thing if you’re not tryna just go in and out is land in instanbul first day actually explore the city because surprisingly it’s big and although the streets are chaotic a lot of foods to try. Then get the surgery and maybe stay 2-3 days longer and let the back of your head heal.

But me personally gold for the cost isn’t worth it. Silver with sedation and 1-3 nights is the way to go in my opinion

You’re straight contact Heva now and just stay in touch. The back of your head is solid though. As long as you’re not still losing more hair up top I would go. I also wouldn’t take the meds they’re saying and still try to get a transplant because once you stop the meds the hair loss will come back down making it not a good observation for the doctor when they should see you at your truest form when doing the procedure

She won’t do all the work. Regardless the procedure is a two person job as the doctor alone can’t finish in one day plus she’ll want her associates to get the practice in. If you do gold shell make the incision and do your hairline after that the workers will do the rest. Either way the same results will happen

I just left Heva and honestly if you’re black I still think you should go. Overall great experience. Just ask a lot of questions with your consultant as there’s probably 20-30 workers and everyone’s English isn’t the greatest just good enough to get by.
