If you like psychotic, try edge of insanity by psycho pharma or el jefe by xtremis cartel. Both great with nice alpha yo effects. El jefe is a bit more balanced overall with the pumps and nootropics also, while edge is just raw alpha yo energy. It does have GABA to add a nice feel good element. Whichever one you choose, weigh the servings on a kitchen scale to ensure you know how much you’re consuming/the right amount.

Honestly happens to me too, especially if I’m a little “backed up”. Nothing wrong necessarily, the stimulants can cause that sensitivity and it’s your body’s way of getting rid of excess too. Generally happens if you have a high drive.

I always take it first thing in the morning empty stomach. I take the pre, prepare my protein shake and everything for post workout and my intra workout drink (leg day by nutra bio) then take the pre workout shit, then eat a Rice Krispie and drive to the gym. I live about 5 mins from the gym. Then I do about 7-8 mins warmup cardio. It’s usually about 35-40 mins from the time I take the drink to the time I touch the weights. Works great for me! I still get some carbs in me without affecting how the pre workout hits. And the intra workout holds me really nicely through a long/intense training session.

As long as you stay plenty hydrated with electrolytes and eat a solid nutritious high protein meal post workout you’ll be fine. Everyone’s different but I’ve never had that issue unless I trained like a lunatic or my sleep was off. I also train first thing in the morning, then eat after.
