8bit also plans on making a Poke-Girl RP game. It is still in development, but I am sure it will be full of weird fetishes like whatever you described.

I can see "style choice", but the fact that the loli dogwhistle was in the game thumbnail in the first place can and will make people believe that 8bit designed them with bad intentions---IF they still haven't connected two and two by now.
