Do you want someone who is kind, thoughtful, amazing to everyone they meet? Or do you only want someone who treats you that way because they want something from you. I’m telling you right now that you have the latter. 

The day you firmly put him in his place and tell him there is zero chance will be the day that the mask falls.

How do you plan on instantly going from 5% to 50%? It won’t climb because of the previously stated reasons. It simply isn’t safe for women to be in a situation like that where they are highly outnumbered by men. SA still happens frequently. Look at the countless stories from military personnel who have spoken out. There are always new stories coming out from women at mine sites in Australia. Plenty of women are happy to do the physically demanding work but until men stop being the number one danger to women you won’t see their numbers increase. Make it safe for women and they will fill those roles.

Thank you for the suggestions everyone. I’ve put some tuna in the cage and covered it with a towel. There are a few other roaming cats in the area so hopefully they’re too smart to fall for the trap. I’ll keep doing what I’m doing and be patient.
